Collected on sand bar live buried partially in the sand at -0.5 low tide at night in Dec 1976. Sundial Beach Resort, Lee County, Sanibel Island, Florida. Collected and identified by: Melanie Briskin. This shell hasn't been collected live since the shelling ban of 1994.
