Collected in the Fruitville Member (Petuch Unit 4, Black Layer) of the Tamiami Formation in 2020. Aggregates Pit, Tampa Bay Area, Hillsborough County, Florida. Piacenzian Pliocene2.6-3.0 M.Y.A. Collector P#2 -Collector and true locality will be divulged in the final data of this fossil Pleioptygma. Another Rare pleioptygma in few collections and for serious collector! Lip slightly rough but just to Ultra-Rare to pass on.
