An F+/nearly F++ Oliva (Strephona) incrassata 1 3/4” or 44.06mm. Lightfoot, 1786. Collected on tidal flats in sand live at low tide in 1987 San Felipe, Baja, West Mexico. Nice Protoconch and lip with minor nicks but not a common color form.

An F/F+ Amusium pleuronectes 3 1/8” or 77.56mm. Linne, 1758 Trawled on sand bottom at 30-40 meters by fishermen in 2000’s Singapore. Valves looked edged or smoothed as they usually are if there are no chips in the valve. However, very pretty pair and great displayability.   

An F+/ F++ Polystira albida 2 3/4" or 71.91mm. w/o. Perry 1811 Trawled by shrimpers at 80-100’ over sand bottom in Dec 2007 Dry Tortugas, Florida. Obtained by Melanie Briskin
